Italian (Sunday) Noodles

This dish originates from Italy. In Corless Family tradition, it is eaten every Sunday for dinner.

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions on box, except with an additional 2 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. olive oil.
  2. Strain pasta, return it to hot pot. Do not rinse!
  3. Add egg and stir. The heat from the pasta should cook it.
  4. Add butter and remaining olive oil.
  5. Add parmesan cheese.
  6. Add garlic salt to taste.
  7. Add parsley (optional).
