Italian (Sunday) Noodles

This dish originates from Italy. In Corless Family tradition, it is eaten every Sunday for dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Pasta
- 1/8 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 2 tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to instructions on box, except with an additional 2 tbsp. salt and 2 tbsp. olive oil.
- Strain pasta, return it to hot pot. Do not rinse!
- Add egg and stir. The heat from the pasta should cook it.
- Add butter and remaining olive oil.
- Add parmesan cheese.
- Add garlic salt to taste.
- Add parsley (optional).
