Ingredients
- 12 Lasagna Noodles
- 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/2 lb. Italian Sausage
- 1 Yellow Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 36 oz. Pasta Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- 2 cups Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese, divided

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles until al dente, then drain and rinse.
- Brown beef, sausage, onion, and garlic. Drain fat.
- Add pasta sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
- Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and a pinch of salt.
- Spread 1 cup meat sauce in a 9x13 dish. Layer 3 noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat 2 more times.
- Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
- Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake 15 minutes more.
- Rest 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
