  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles until al dente, then drain and rinse.
  2. Brown beef, sausage, onion, and garlic. Drain fat.
  3. Add pasta sauce, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Mix ricotta, egg, parsley, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1/4 cup Parmesan, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Spread 1 cup meat sauce in a 9x13 dish. Layer 3 noodles, ricotta mixture, and meat sauce. Repeat 2 more times.
  6. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
  7. Uncover, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, and bake 15 minutes more.
  8. Rest 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
