  1. Add beef stock, chopped onion, and chopped celery to the instant pot.
  2. Place the frozen chuck roast on top, and salt the top generously.
  3. Cook on high pressure for 85 minutes. Wait an additional 25 minutes to allow natural release of pressure.
  4. Add potatoes and baby carrots. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on high pressure.
  5. Use Quick Release to de-pressurize, serve and enjoy!
