Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Beef Stock
- Chopped Onion
- 2–3 Celery Stalks, chopped
- Frozen Chuck Roast
- Salt (for seasoning)
- Potatoes, cut into large chunks (halved or quartered)
- Baby Carrots (optional)

Instructions
- Add beef stock, chopped onion, and chopped celery to the instant pot.
- Place the frozen chuck roast on top, and salt the top generously.
- Cook on high pressure for 85 minutes. Wait an additional 25 minutes to allow natural release of pressure.
- Add potatoes and baby carrots. Cook for an additional 10 minutes on high pressure.
- Use Quick Release to de-pressurize, serve and enjoy!
