3 Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Macaroni
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard (or regular Mustard)
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- Freshly Ground Pepper (to taste)
- 2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 cup Shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Milk

Instructions
- Combine broth and seasonings in instant pot and whisk together.
- Stir in macaroni.
- Cook for 5 mins. After pressure releases do not drain liquid.
- Stir in butter. Add all three cheeses and milk. Enjoy!

Alternate Instructions (Stovetop)
Requires an additional 2 cups of chicken broth.
- Combine broth and seasonings in a pot and whisk together.
- Stir in macaroni.
- Cook according to macaroni instructions (or al dente). Do not drain liquid.
- Stir in butter add all three cheeses and milk. Enjoy!
